Use of the website
The Pendulum System website is provided by Pendulum Systems, LLC for lawful personal and business use. By using the website, you agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse its content, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
Educational information, not professional advice
The website, diagnostic, articles, podcasts, books, and related resources provide general business education. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and should consult qualified advisers when appropriate.
Diagnostic results are directional tools based on the answers provided. They are not guarantees, certifications, valuations, or promises of a particular business outcome.
Station Clarity Call requests
The time you select is a request, not a confirmed appointment. It is not confirmed until Nigel responds by email. Submitting a request does not guarantee a meeting, create a coaching relationship, or obligate either party to purchase or provide services. Pendulum Systems, LLC may accept, decline, reschedule, or cancel a request. Any paid coaching or program relationship will be governed by separate written terms.
Email and SMS terms
The Station Finder asks for your contact details and separate, optional text choices before the quiz. When you finish the quiz, we email the Station worksheet you requested. Pendulum Systems, LLC’s optional Station resource SMS program is intended for marketing updates about new or revised Station resources and related Pendulum System resource updates. You enroll only by selecting its separate, unchecked SMS checkbox. That choice does not enroll you in appointment texts.
A separate appointment SMS program is planned for people who select the optional appointment-text choice before the quiz and later request a Station Clarity Call with Nigel. Its messages would concern arranging the call, scheduling confirmations, changes, and reminders. The time-request step separately asks for scheduling email consent; appointment texts are not active. Providing a phone number or requesting a call does not itself authorize texts. SMS consent is not required to see a Station result, receive a worksheet, request a call, or make a purchase.
Message frequency may vary with your choices and booked appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Intellectual property
The Pendulum System name, framework, website design, diagnostic, writing, graphics, audio, video, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Pendulum Systems, LLC. You may use the website for your own informational purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative commercial materials without written permission.
Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services for scheduling, meetings, forms, communications, payments, books, and other functions. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Pendulum Systems, LLC is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
No guarantees and limitation of liability
The website and free resources are provided on an “as available” basis without promises that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business. To the extent permitted by law, Pendulum Systems, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on its general educational content.
